Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.  Please email us at info@EOCAmerica.com within that time period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

All products must be returned in their original condition unless previously discussed otherwise to:

All postage and insurance costs for returns are to be paid by the purchaser. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Mail and that you pre-pay all postage costs. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to the goods during transit and therefore are advised to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  EOCA will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the shipment.

Defective product returns
Any defective or damaged product will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge to our customers.

Returns and claims will not be accepted without prior authorization and a return confirmation number.  Prior to returning any products to EOCA, the purchaser must obtain a return confirmation number by us at ph:(727) 329-6329 or emailing info@eocamerica.com and must be done so within 14 days of invoice date.

Note: only items returned unopened (in their original packing) and in a saleable condition will be eligible for a refund. All postage and insurance costs for returns are to be paid by the purchaser.  Returned product will be refunded to the purchaser by the method which they originally paid.  No cash refunds will be given. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
